I sent info to you for a weaponsmith. However, a windling thief would be fine, too. I'm perfectly happy playing that instead if Jim wants to go with the weaponsmith or even if it just fits better.
Chris, want me to send you background info for that later? I've got it partially typed up already, just not with me at work.

True the party of five windlings turns into a party of two elves, a rock guy, salamander and only one windling. And no dwarfs the most common race in the province.

Just start killing people off repeatedly until they create windling characters. Problem solved...or created, depending on how you look at it.
