Hi, this is Anthony, aka Drance. It was great meeting you all, and I hope we can all keep in touch and get the foundation of a C&C "network" going! I know that Rich McKee has already started up a C&C game for Monday nights (first session tonight!). I am jealous of Rich being able to pull a game together so quickly! From one gamemaster to another, I salute you sir!

Thanks Drance. We had a slight miscommunication on which week we were starting so the first game will be next Monday. I did not run anything last night so nobody missed anything. I plan on running the campaign so that players can drop in and out as needed. Come whenever you can, I plan on being there almost every Monday (there will be some I will have to miss due to exams, there will be plenty of notice). You do not need to bring anything other than a pencil and some dice, you also do not need to know how to play Castles and Crusades. You can learn to play the game in a few minutes.

Hey there! Thanks for visiting the blog! Yeah, I will try to make it as often as I can, despite my current unemployment situation! I know that there were some other fellows there, and I think their names were Wesley, Adam, and Michael (who also commented on my blog). Roleplaying has always been my sanctuary, and I need it more now than ever! ;-) I have been studying my C&C PHB so I should be good to go for jumping into a game! I have been a GM most of my life, but being a player is great too. Maybe someday I'll get behind the CK screen for you guys in order to pitch in...who knows? Thanks, and talk to you soon!

Howdy, Adam here. I enjoyed this weekend as well.
Hope the Monday night game goes well. Monday's are my home night but if my wife ever gives me the high sign I'll pop in one week. I enjoyed the easy going nature of the game.

Heya, peeps!

This is Wesley from the Trollcon East awesomeness (yes, the man who sang Prince and Beastie Boys and had an evil-detecing pig by the end of the night.)

Yea, it was a fantastic time so anyone who helped add to the fun, thanks a bunch.  I would have been decidedly less awesome without y'all.

Rich!  Im so sorry I missed you on Monday night!  I came in to ATF on Sunday morning to wish Tim and Shawn good luck getting back to AK and I mentioned to Ed that I completely forgot that I taught Monday nights.  Im such a dope, so Im sorry but on Monday for the next 5 weeks, Ill be late to the game (like showing up at 7:45-8:00 late).  Im so sorry for the mix up.

Ed was kind enough to suggest alternate nights if that's possible.  I dont want to uproot the game for anyone else if Monday works best.  But he suggested Wednesday nights (open game nights) Fridays and Sundays (the "slow evening" days to play.)

I picked up my Codex Persona and the Monsters n Treasures guide for C&C so Im ready to play whenever you all are.  Thanks for posting, guys!  I hope we can get rolling soon.

Hmm,

I can do Wed. nights as easy as Mon. nights. Friday and Saturday are possibilities but it might not be possible to do weekly games. I have no problem with you coming late to the game on Mon. if other people can play that night, that is easy to work around. Whatever Ed thinks will get us players for the game. I guess we should wait to see what he thinks when he posts the game.

Again, I dont want to uproot the game.  Ill happily bow to the will of the people.

Ill make it in Monday night either way.

Happy gaming, everybody!

I made a separate topic for the game since this is unlikely to draw people who were not at the con

Coming in here late (don't know why I did not think to post here on the ATF forums after TrollCon East weekend), but wanted to say "Hey".  I was the guy that did not play but enjoyed sitting in on the session. Next time I will play, but I did not want to neglect my son at the table.

Hopefully, my schedule will allow me to try and make it out to ATF for some C&C.  I've been playing C&C off and on for six years now.  I hope you all enjoy it as much as I have.   Grin

Happy gaming,
Zudrak / Michael

If your son enjoys gaming and is of the right age (12?, it varies from kid to kid), feel free to bring him along if you make it out. I have DM'd for kids many times.
