ANOTHER great session, guys! It just gets better every time we get together! Highlights include, of course, the BAD NUN! Our loquacious illusionist/party ambassador, of course, made copious use of that epithet, and our druid complimented him by taking her role as said Nun very seriously (i.e. being the "straight man" Dean Martin to Wesley's fantasy version of Jerry Lewis). The Herr Colonel was another of Rich's hilarious usage of outrageous accents. Speaking of which, we sure got what was coming to us with the whole impersonating Bronstein guards. Thankfully we had more than a score of angry dwarven cooks to help pull our bacon out of the fire...pun intended.

Beat me to the punch, Drance.  Just about to post myself.

Id also like to thank everyone for another fantastic night of gaming.  Hope my Illusionist isn't bogging down play for everyone.  Please feel free to tell me and him to shut up.  Or just turn him in for the 5,000 gp reward.  But please don't.

ALSO would like to applaud Rich for his totally random construction of the one-armed Gladiator/Instructor and the tiny, powder-whigged book keeper!  And well done to everyone for not killing him Smiley  And I totally agree with Drance.  I loved the curve-ball of The Herr Colonel laying in wait for everyone at the Silver Eel.  It's a nice moment in our campaign.  If everything ran smoothly, it wouldn't be an adventure.

Can't wait for more adventures...with...THE BAD NUN (horse-neighing)

Agreed, another great session!  Rich's depiction of Guikarn the book keeper was unexpected and extremely well done.  I totally didn't expect to find the colonel waiting for us at the inn!  Thanks Rich for your creativity and fast thinking!  Great teamwork everyone for getting as much information as we did and surviving!  Can't wait till next session!

Wednesday night is officially my favorite night of the week!  Good job sweeping up the undead.  That was a tough battle.  We literally brought back a boatload of treasure!  RIP Ames and Violet...

Terrific night, guys.  I think Rich was right on the money when he said we can turn any house intrusion into a fun bloodbath.  So KUDOS!! 

Um...sorry about trying to charm the necromancer.  Ill avoid that from now on.  But he got HIS, dammit!  Both barrels!  And it only cost us Violet and Ames...awww Sad 

But, hey, now I will forever have the visual of a boatful of gold and adventurers being chased down the street by a necromancer with a glowing face.  Trollzah!

What are the lessons we learned last night? Stop being so damned greedy and buy NPCs/henchmen/hirelings some nice equipment with all of the loot we're picking up. That might have helped keep at least Ames around! Oops, our bad! Never assume the CK is going to gear up the NPCs. Uh, Struan, look what your hording of wealth has done! ;-)

Great session! I agree with Bill, Wednesday night is now the best night of the week! When I'm sitting there having a great time with you guys, I sometimes take a moment to eavesdrop on the other games going on around us (I believe we are sandwiched by D&D 4E games!). And when I listen to their games, I usually hear them talking about looking up spell effects, or a rule. In general, it sounds like they're doing a lot less actual roleplaying than us. And I don't think any other table sounds like they're having nearly as much fun!

I've was having a really stressful week at work until last night! A few hours with you guys really makes all that disappear...in a puff of purple smoke! ;-)

Two more nights until I get to test out my new cleric!  Anthony, I also noticed the other groups occasionally eavesdropping on us as well.  I think we are seen as the rowdy group of Wednesday night!  We do have our fun!
