Im sure everyone will second Anthony's sentiments.  We are sorry you have to go, man.  The City State has EASILY been the most enjoyable questing I've done in a long time.  Thanks for being an amazing CK and really open to our questions and odd playing styles (flame-thrower bagpipes is still an early highlight.) And that extends to everyone here.  You guys have made this adventure an absolute blast.

Please visit or stop by the store or the forums when you can.  And thanks again for all your hard work and expertise.  Take care, sir.

Rich, we will work hard to keep the C&C game night you started going! I look forward to getting back into the CK seat and get my game rolling again. I'm anxious to get some good sessions under our collective belts. I just wanted to check in and let you know that unfortunately I won't be able to make it tomorrow. Between work and planning for upcoming summertime family events (birthdays, etc) this week is a wash for me. I really apologize, I was trying really hard to move things around in my schedule this week in order to keep Wednesday night free. But again, summer is a tough time usually, due to life activities, as we all know.

Anyway, perhaps this off week will allow us to regroup and get more people back to the table. So, with that in mind, let's do a head count. Wes and Glenn, what're things looking like for your return to our C&C goodness? Glenn, can you make it next week? I know that you don't have your car this week, and Bill and Pam were kind enough to offer to pick you up if needed (even though this week is a no go, it might still be good to let us know your address in case we need to grab you in the future). Will you be able to come back to us next Wednesday, August 3rd?

And Wes...PLEASE COME BACK!!! ;-) We need some Keseim!

Again, sorry all. But I think we've been doing pretty good for getting together during the summer! It's just the heart of summer is when things usually get rough, at least for me. But make no mistake that I will be ready and raring to go on August 3rd! And I hope you all will be too (I am sure you will, you guys never fail to disappoint!)

Heya, gamer types!

The summer camp is into its second session so that's heartening.  Its great being here and teaching kids about the ways of C&C but I do miss the close companionship of the gaming table at ATF so, rest assured, I will be back as soon as possible.

I won't be there for the August 3rd gaming.  Camp will end the 21st but I switch back to my old position as conference coordinator the day after.  We (unfortunately for me) have a conference group in right on the heals of camp during that week so the August 24th date is already slated for work.  BUT Im happy to see that no conferences have been booked on Wednesday, August 31st so I will plan on being at ATF with bells on that evening 

...assuming we don't need to switch schedules for the fall season.  Ill try not to jynx it.

And thanks again to everyone for making time to blog and keep me updated on the evening's activities.  It means a lot, guys, and its a pleasant distraction to the day's grind.  Keep rolling, adventurers!  Ill see you when I can.  Trollzah!

Hey Wes! It sucks to think that we still have about another month until we see you again, but at least there's an end in sight! As for scheduling conflicts that may arise someday on Wednesday nights, I am definitely open to us discussing alternate nights on which we can get together, it that makes it easier on anyone. Let's talk over potential dates for each of us. Let us know what nights are good for everyone during the week, for starters. Remember, Monday was the original C&C night! One possible benefit of moving away from Wednesday nights is that we could avoid the huge crowds that game on that night! Just a thought...

Heya, Anthony! (and crew, of course  )

In terms of planning for the late summer/fall schedule, I still think my best day would be Wednesday.  Im more than likely teaching until 9pm on Mondays and I have the usual Thurs, Fri, Sat and Sun commitment to the conferences that come through my door as well as the weekend Arts Education Classes.  Ill double check on Tuesdays but that would most likely be my second choice.

SO, officially for me

#2 Choice: Tuesday Nights

Sorry if these days cause headaches, gang.  Push comes to shove, Ill start Skyping in from work

No prob, Wes! I think it will have to be Wednesdays for the time being, and I'm totally cool with that. And I love ATF and Ed/Dina, but lately it's seemed more crowded than usual in there. But then again, it IS summer. Oh well...we'll go on like we always do!
