You have my number dude, you can just ask me directly.  There isn't any official info on this yet but when Brian gets back from his honeymoon we are going to sit down and hash out all the rules and such.  It will probably start January.

I think we had at least come to a decision that at least half your models can't be painted.  This is supposed to encourage people painting/building up their armies, but at the same time I didn't want to exclude people who wanted to do certain lists if they had a model or two that was painted already.
